Fresh and aromatic

« A fantastic expression of Sauvignon, lively and fruity with wonderful peach notes » Jury of Grand Cellar Masters
Vinification
Yvecourt Sauvignon is made using pre-fermentation maceration. The wine is pressed and then decanted at a low temperature. Alcoholic fermentation occurs at controlled temperatures (16°C-18°C) in stainless steel vats. The wine is then matured on fine lees for several months to develop its aromas and roundness.
Tasting notes
Well-balanced with a fine texture, Yvecourt Bordeaux Sauvignon with its beautiful pale yellow appearance is a rounded, fruity and warming wine. Its aromatic richness with citrus fruit and white peach notes will delight every palate.
