Yvecourt - Médoc
Noble and Elegant

« An impressive dark colour and an attractive bouquet with an explosion of flavours on the palate. », Jury of Grand Cellar Masters
Vinification
Yvecourt Médoc is made using the traditional Bordeaux methods: the maceration is done by controlling the temperatures, with two pumping-overs a day during the fermentation. The wine is then aged in stainless steel vats for a period of about 3 weeks. Everything is made to respect the fruity character of the grape.
Tasting notes
Yvecourt Médoc displays a beautiful dark red colour, and develops a rich nose with hints of red fruit (currant, raspberry etc.) and spicy flavours. On the palate the wine is elegant, with a round mid-palate, and a spicy finish.
Yvecourt Medoc will fit perfectly with roast veal, red meat, and medium to strong cheeses. Serve at room temperature at 17°C.
