In oenology, blending is the art of mixing various grape varieties or vatfuls together to make a wine. This is also the basis of a wine trading house’s work: various winegrowers and/or cooperatives provide Maison Mau with vatfuls which the cellar master will then blend, for example to make “Yvecourt Bordeaux Red” or the fruity and well-balanced “Yvecourt Bordeaux Rosé” so enjoyed by consumers.
