YVECOURT BORDEAUX RED 2015: 85/100

Very young appearance, a medium ruby colour tending towards purple. Pure bouquet. Still very young with freshly crushed berry aromas, as if the wine had come straight out of the press. Very pleasant and enjoyable. Sweet plum, red berries. Delicately spicy aromas without a hint of oak. Fairly light on the palate, developing a very subtle and rounded style. Modern winemaking without any sharp angles, but with an abundance of juicy fruit. Already very pleasant, the type of wine best enjoyed fairly young. A very clean, fresh, rounded and well-made wine which will offer great pleasure.

YVECOURT BORDEAUX SAUVIGNON 2015: 84/100
Very pale, virtually colourless appearance with hints of green. Still wine but with present CO2. Young, beautifully pure bouquet. Very typical Sauvignon style with fresh herb aromas. Hints of fresh grape underscored by a touch of ripe melon and pear. Absolutely no oak. Very light on the palate with a youthful freshness. Slightly tart lemon and lime notes. Fairly hard and firm in the finish. Medium length. A pleasant and attractive wine best drunk young.
