Vinification
Yvecourt Saint-Emilion is made using the traditional principles that are the hallmark of this famous appellation. The maceration is done by controlling the temperatures, proceeding to two pumping-over a day during the fermentation. The wine is then aged in stainless steel vats for a period of about 15 days.
Tasting notes
With its beautiful cherry red colour, Yvecourt Saint-Émilion expresses intense aromas of red fruits, liquorice and spices. Soft and fruity, the palate shows beautiful amplitude with melted tannins. Enjoy this wine during your finest meals. It will be ideal with red meat dish (beef, lamb or duck), and soft to medium cheeses. Serve at room temperature, at 16°C approximately.
