Once again in 2019, a jury of experts has met in Southern Gironde (not far from our cellars) to select the base wines that will make up the forthcoming 2018 vintage.
A blind tasting of various blends is used to find the examples that best match Yvecourt’s personality, in any colour: an accessible Bordeaux characterised by fruit and balance.
This was a jury of new additions and old hands, still under the leadership of our President Mr Viellefosse, Yvecourt’s oenologist.
